Struggles in Tech Support with JBell

Heres a collection of AIM chats which form my epic battle with Company X

ElJeasel: "thats funny, you guys havent even emailed me once"

ElJeasel: "oh right, sorry"

ElJeasel: Fast Foward to today - so i go to log in to Company X's website
ElJeasel: justinibell@gmail.com
ElJeasel: hmm, thats fine, ill do the username recovery
ElJeasel: so I get a response at my justinibell@gmail.com email account telling me my username is justin.bell@gmail.com
ElJeasel: HA

ElJeasel: so i go to log in, and i just my standard password
ElJeasel: error
ElJeasel: shit, ok, ill just use the password recovery
ElJeasel: Security Question: foo
ElJeasel: you gotta be fucking kidding me
ElJeasel: foo?
ElJeasel: WHAT THE FUCK IS FOO?

ElJeasel: so i guess foo-L
ElJeasel: nope

ElJeasel: i call tech support for company X. The lady tells me to call some dude, thomas, at another number
ElJeasel: and hes like oh wow, this is messed up i see your security question, what is foo?ElJeasel: "I dont know thomas, maybe you could help me out"
ElJeasel: "are you military by any chance?"
ElJeasel: "no, thomas, i am not military"
ElJeasel: "cause the answer is bar"
ElJeasel: "foo-bar? thats not even FUBAR, even FUBAR is messed up?"
